Shipping & returns

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. All sales are final after 7 days. After which, we regret to inform you that we are unable to do an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, intact and undamaged and in essentially the same condition as when the item was received by you in its original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) so we can follow up promptly.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified of the refund status. (e.g. approval or rejection) A refund will be made via credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEM (IF APPLICABLE)
Refund is applicable to regular priced item. We regret that sales items are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We accept exchange if item is defective or damaged. Please drop us an email at info@npe.sg and return your item to New Prosperity Electrical (Pte) Ltd, Blk 25 Pioneer Road North #01-126/127, Singapore 628469

 

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: New Prosperity Electrical (Pte) Ltd, Blk 25 Pioneer Road North #01-126/127, Singapore 628469

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
